My activity is not uploaded
Please check internet your connection. Most of the times the problem is related to a slow internet connection. If this happens a lot, please contact Tacx support and send you cloud account ID that can be found in your cloud settings. Turn off your Firewall or Virusscanner, and see if this improves the uploads. Check if the download works, create a route in the Tacx Cloud. Then start one of the applications that is linked to the Cloud and see if this Workout is shown in the app.
