My activity is not uploaded
Check internet. Most of the times the problem is related to a slow internet connection. If this happens a lot, please contact Tacx support and send you cloud ID that can be found in your cloud settings. If you are using a Firewall or Virusscanner it will help to turn this off and do a small ride/test to see if the data is uploaded from the app to the cloud, Also check if the download works (create a route in the app, in Tacx desktop application you should see
