Below you will find some guidelines what to do in case you have troubles to login to the software. The login is linked to the cloud, so it is actually a Cloud issue.
Crash after 2 seconds
When you start a Workout and after 2 seconds the application crashes, then please check the following:
- Android / iOS updates are done
- Reinstall the application
Tacx Training app is linked to the Tacx cloud. It is important that you are connected to internet. If you do not have access to internet, the application will still start, but when you select your user, it will be empty (see image below). No activities will be saved or recorded when you do a workout.
Reset password does not work
If you do not receive an email, when you select reset password, it means you are logged in with a different account (via Facebook or Google). Please use the correct login.
If this does not work, contact Tacx Support. Send all the email addresses that you have used in the past.
