I have paid subscription, but cannot download Films
Please restart the PC or the Tacx Desktop application. The Tacx desktop application needs to reconnect to the cloud, to submit the Subscription.
I cancelled my subscription, but the next month the payment is still done.
Please login to the cloud and check if the Subscription has been cancelled. If this is the case, please contact Tacx. Please send the cloud account ID with your contact information (can be found in settings).
