On this page you will find some guidelines related to login problems. Many times the only solution is to contact Tacx Support to reset your account.
In that case, something is wrong with your user account. Please contact Tacx support for this.
Email or password is not correct
Please check if you login the same way, as you have created the account. If you use Google to login, then do not use the email login function (could also be gmail, but it is not the same) as a login reference, but use Google as login. The 3 options to login (Facebook, Google or email) creates also separate Cloud ID. You can link the accounts in the Cloud via settings - connections.
Reset password does not work
You can only use the reset password option, if you have created an email account. Other passwords linked to Facebook or Google account are managed via these accounts. Please check if you have created an account via Google or Facebook.
