I have a question mark (?) in stead of the video thumbnail
There are some solutions for this:
- Go to Quickstart menu and then to Films
- Select the video with the question mark
- Delete this video
- Open the menu
- Go to Shop - Films
- Restore the Film / download the Film again
if this does not work, then reinstalling the application will work. You will need to download all the films again (Go to Shop - Films and for iOS select the restore button. For Google Play Store a download button will be available).
Cannot download a Film that i have purchased
The film purchase is linked to your iOS (apple account) and Google Play store. Tacx does not have access to these accounts. It is therefore important to login into App Store with the same account when you have purchased the Films. Download films via www.tacx.com or Tacx Desktop app cannot be used on the Tacx Cycling app.
iOS purchased Films cannot be used for Android devices (or visa versa)
When you have purchased a Film via iOS, you cannot use this Film with an Android device (and visa versa).
