Workout not sync to the Cloud visa versa
It is possible that you are logged in with a different user. It could be possible that you have created two accounts. One via email and the other via Facebook or Google. First try to restart the application. If that does not work, logoff from the application and login again with the same user you use in the Cloud. When there is still no synchronization, then contact Tacx support. Please add your cloud account ID when contacting Tacx.
Workout not saved
It is important that you press the END training on the left top side to save a Workout. The training is not auto saved like the Tacx Desktop app. If you discard the Workout, then the activity is not saved.
