Crash after 2 seconds
When you start a Workout and after two seconds the application crashes, then please check the following:
- Android / iOS updates are done
- Reinstall the application
Workout not sync to the Cloud visa versa
It is possible that you are logged in with a different user. It could be possible that you have created two accounts. One via email and the other via Facebook or Google. First try to restart the application. If that does not work, logoff from the application and login again with the same user you use in the Cloud. When there is still no synchronization, then contact Tacx support. Please add your cloud account ID when contacting Tacx.
When you do not feel any resistance, there is a possibility that the trainer is not connected and you are connected via the Demo. Please check your Setup connection and see if your trainer has a green marker (means connected).
