Settings is an important section in the Cloud. Many options are provided here.
You will see you Cloud ID setting here. There is a paper copy (see red arrow) option in case Tacx Supports request this to check payment details or for trouble shoot. You also have the option to delete your account here, but if you have a running Subscription, then please contact Tacx support first before deleting an account. There are also different way to log into the Cloud.
Your password can be changed here, but only if your account is an email account.
A reset for Facebook/Google needs to be done in Facebook/Google. If you have an email account that end as @gmail and you want to link you google login to it, then at the login page you will get a message to link these accounts with each other (merge accounts).
The Tacx applications are linked to Subscriptions. You can download the Tacx Training app and the Tacx Desktop application for free, but to have full access to all the features, then you need to purchase a subscription. More information can be found here.
Here you can set your connections, or add a Facebook/Google login to your normal email account (merging accounts). If you have selected Google+ as a login proces, then this option is marked. The same for Facebook. If you have an email account, the option Facebook/Google+ is not selected. If you have an @gmail address that is the same as your Facebook/Google and you want to link the same login, then select the option and link Facebook/Google+ to the same account (the account ID will not change). If you create a new account in the login screen with Google+ that has the same email as your login with email address, you are actually creating 2 accounts (you will receive a warning for merging accounts).
With Strava connections you can export the data automatically to Strava. All Tacx Desktop application route/film info is then synchronized with Strava, together with the GPS data from the Tacx Training app.
