I've made a payment, but I don't get access to my premium content
You only get access to the premium content when we have received your payment. Usually this process takes about half an hour but depending on your payment method, this may vary between three days.
Restarting the Tacx Desktop app may also solve the issue.
How can I stop or end my subscription?
You can stop your subscription at any time, please go to your settings page.
