The sound created while cycling on a wheel on trainer is caused by all the moving and rotating parts. The faster is goes, the more sound it creates. There are a few key factors that play a role in this.
In case of clicking sound on the Bushido, it means that the metal roll has come loose from the softgel.
When the product is still in warranty, we advise to contact your dealer for the repair process.
In case of out of warranty, you can add powerglue between the holes mentioned in this picture.
I bought the T1708 axle, but it does not fit the trainer (too wide)
Please select these instructions how to fit the T1708 with the your trainer.
Brake assembly part is broken
The brake part is assembled to the frame with the following instructions. It is important that this proces is done correct and that the brake is tight againts the frame. If this is not done correct, friction could cause the clips to brake off. Also when you want to remove the brake from the frame, make sure that the tyre is not connected to the roll system (no pressure on the brake).
If the clips are broken, there is a way to remove the broken part yourself via these instructions (based on a Bushido brake). Contact Tacx support for this, or contact your dealer for the repair proces done by Tacx dealer, item T1981.22.
Also check if the frontcap clips are not broken.
Brake cannot be assembled against frame - bolt cannot be tightened
