Functional Threshold Power
FTP or Functional Threshold Power is a value that reflects how long you can ride on a certain wattage for one hour. There is a FTP test in the Workouts that will show your FTP value. This is standard set to 200 Watt. Also ERG based training can be done related to your FTP value (see Create Workout).
Body weight is an important factor when you do a lot of climbs. The heavier you are, the more Wattage you need to climb a certain mountain related to someone that is lighter. The body weight is without the bicycle weight. This can also be set in the Manage Profile section.
This is an important settings, if you want to ride againts friends or see other user opponents in one of the Tacx Applications.
Everybody can follow you. Everybody is able to download your score file in Tacx Desktop application and can ride against you in an offline race.
Your data is visible to only ones that follow you. In the Tacx Cloud you have the option to select followers. In protected mode the followers can download your score file in the Tacx application and ride against you.
Your data is not shared via any of the applications.
