Red flashing LED light
This could mean the electronic part is malfunctioning. We then have to ask you to contact the (online)dealer where you have purchased the trainer. As this needs to be investigated by their Tacx service center.
What to do with a solid Amber / Orange light
For the non smart models, you can run the update program via Tacx Trainer Software C:\Program Files (x86)\Tacx\TacxTrainersoftware4\updater, press on TacxUpdate and select Flow brake. If this not work, please contact the (online)dealer for repair via their Tacx Service center. This process also works with the Smart versions. If you do not have Tacx Trainer Software 4, then please use the Tacx Utility app and select firmware update. This will also solve the problem.
No lights at all or steady Green light
When the Flow shows no blinking green light after plugin the powercord, or you can see only a steady green light then this could mean the electronic part is malfuntioning. We then have to ask you to contact the (online) dealer where you have purchased the trainer. As this needs to be investigated by their Tacx Service center.
The brake as no resistance or cadence
Check if the electronic part of the brake is conected to the midpart. If not, push the electronic part back by hand against the midpart.
