The issue created while cycling on a wheel on trainer is caused by all the moving and rotating parts. The faster is goes, the more sound it creates. There are a few key factors that play a role in this.
The resistance lever goes back to position one. Even with changing the block knob at the bottom it will go back.
The issue could be related to a short cable. Please contact Tacx support and send a proof of purchase, your address and phone number. Tacx will supply you a spare part to fix the problem.

Leverbar doesn’t work smoothly
To change the disc numbers, please use a Torque 8 screwdriver to take the bolt away from the handle. Remove the handle lever to the back when you do this.
Take a flatbed screwdriver and plug this in the side of the handlebar (point the flatbed point to the front). Then move it up so the front panel comes loose.
Now take the flatbed screwdriver out and plug it in the front. Lift the font cap in to off the box. There are 4 pins holding the plastic, so make sure to do it all just in an upwards movement (keep it horizontal).
Now you can put the correct position on the disc and then place the part back.
