The Tacx Desktop application can be used for the follow devices:

Tacx has tested the Samsung range and these are compatible with the application. Tacx cannot guarantee that the experience on other Android devices is the same. This due to changes of the Android environment on certain brands and devices.

Connecting your trainer
When you first open the Tacx Training app you will see this screen (see image below). Now click on 'Setup Connection' (outlined with a red circle) to begin connection setup.
Step 1 - select a trainer:
In this menu we find all the trainer that the Tacx Training App can have a connection with.
To establish a connection just click on the big grey box next to your trainer model.
Once you have select your trainer the Box will turn Green (see picture below).
When the trainer is connected please click on ‘Next’
This can be found on the right bottom corner of the screen.
If you are using a Tacx Blue Matic, Blue Motion, Booster or Blue Twist.
Please select ‘Virtual Trainer’ (marked by a yellow arrow in the screenshot below).
Then select the Tacx roller that you are using and please click on ‘Next’.
Please note that only trainer should be connected here.
If you want to connect a heart-rate belt for example, this can be done at step 3.
Step 2 - connecting additional devices:
If you have any additional devices like a heartrate sensor, then connect them in in this page.
First the sensor needs to be found.
Normally when a sensor has a Bluetooth connection it will be found right away.
When your sensor does not show up please click on ‘I don’t see my device’.
Once your sensor has been found simply click on the big grey box.
When the box turn green the sensor is connected.
Once all sensors are connect click on ‘Next ’ at the bottom right corner of the screen.
If you do not have any additional devices to connect then click on ‘Next’ to continue.
Step 3 - update settings with cloud:
For the most accurate results we advise you to fill in your body weight.
If you know your Functional Threshold Power (FTP), then you have the option to fill it in. There are also FTP test that can determine your FTP value. FTP means the the amount Watt that you can sustain for 60 minutes of cycling. If you do not know your FTP, just fill in: 200.
Once all information is filled in please click on ‘Done’ at the bottom right corner of the screen.
