The FLUX Smart is equipped with three intuitive LED lights which indicate if you’re connected and powered. besides, the LED lights will show error codes when there is something wrong with the bike trainer.
The Three LED lights on the side of the NEO, from left to right, having the following meaning:
- Bluetooth, Blue light when it is connected via Bluetooth
- ANT+, Amber light when it is connected via ANT+
- Power, green light when it is powered on
Note: In case the red power LED isn’t showing, please check if your power cord is connected. In some cases it helps to connect the power cord directly into the wall socket. If the red power LED still isn’t turned on, please contact Tacx support.
The LED indicators could also provide information like error codes. Please see below for the possible error code combinations.
Single LED light is flashing amber
This is caused by an incorrect installment of new firmware. This could be caused by loosing connection while updating. This doesn´t occur very often. Please try to initiate the firmware update again from the Tacx utility app. This should solve the issue.
