Several problems may occur with drivers or that the program does not start. Tacx has created a special video explaining what can happen and how this can be resolved.
When the driver is not installed (no winddriver1200 in Device Manager), please follow this procedure.
Go to: C:\Program Files (xs\ 86)\Tacx\TacxTrainersoftware4\TacxDriver and click on TacxDriversetup.exe with your rightmouse button. Select "run as administrator". When the installation is done, the windriver1200 should appear in Device Manager.
