Facebook will be used for question without a lot of attachments (a picture is fine). There are also special Facebook groups (communities like the Tacx NEO owners group), were users of the product can also answer your question. This is more user to user, but help out in making decisions in case of purchasing trainers. 

When you want to have a registered question, please use the private message in Facebook to Tacx to ask your question. 



Twitter will be used for very short questions (to @tacxsupport). Simple questions can be asked via Twitter. When you want to send documents then please contact Tacx Support.

These questions are normally answered within 1 working day.
